Meet Diane, Ottawa and area Baby Sleep Consultant

Diane Dauphinais has been a dedicated Pediatric Sleep Consultant since July 2015. She has worked together with hundreds of families to eliminate exhaustion by creating calm and stress-free nights. Education includes a certification from Sleep Sense™️, the International and Parenting Health institute, and the Child Sleep Institute’s Sleeposium 2020 and 2024. A proud member of the Association of Pediatric Sleep Consultants, she has shared her expertise with through workshops, podcasts, and TV appearances. Based in Ottawa, she lives with her husband and two active children who also love their sleep!
