Better Bedtime is a full-service sleep consultancy based in Ontario, Canada. Services include engaging sleep sessions for organizations, one-on-one programs for infants, children, and adults. Our experienced team learns about your lifestyle and walks you through simple, maintainable changes to create quality sleep habits that last. Your progress is followed to move at a pace you are comfortable with. Through a preliminary evaluation, live consultation, sleep tracking, and ongoing coaching, your sleep will improve. The time is going to go by anyway, you may as well do something.

We are dedicated to helping people learn the skills and techniques to become healthy sleepers. We feel passionate about sleep being a priority and that a better bedtime can happen for you, every night.

Bridget Jensen

Bridget Jensen is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Conestoga College, and is the Canadian Director of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants. Bridget’s calm and supportive demeanor is beneficial while working with families, individuals, and workplaces all over Canada and beyond. She is dedicated to helping people get the rest they need, so they can feel at their best during the day. She is the founder of Better Bedtime, a full-service sleep consultancy based in Waterloo Region. Services range from one-on-one programs for infants, children, and adults to sleep sessions for the workplace.
