Phone Consultation

Free 15 minute phone call to discuss your current sleep concerns, support needs, and how we might work together.

 

Step 2

Preliminary Screening

Self-report questionnaires provided to you prior to your first session to flag any possible contraindications to initiating service, as well as help us make the most of our in-session time together.

 

Step 3

Initial and Follow-up Sleep Sessions (virtual, $140/hour)

Assessment of current sleep patterns and routines (self-report, interview, sleep diaries) 

Goal planning/setting

Psychoeducation 

Individualized treatment planning

 

Step 4

Ongoing Sleep Sessions (virtual, $140/hour)

Implementation of the treatment plan

Treatment plan monitoring and modifications as needed

Exit planning, maintenance strategies and evaluation of services
