Through a preliminary evaluation, live consultation, sleep tracking and ongoing coaching, we help you sleep well for the long haul. The time is going to go by anyway, we may as well do something.

Our one-on-one adult sleep consulting provides insight and training virtually so that you can improve your sleep from the comfort of your own home. We work with you directly to identify your sleep issues and provide a plan to make corrective changes.

Corporate Sleep Seminars and Other Workshops

Better Bedtime offers sleep improvement workshops that are ideal for corporate wellness programs and other collaborative projects. These group sessions are great at teaching healthy sleep tactics, it’s relation to optimal health, and more!
